YOUR INNER JOURNEY TO THE SACRED MOUNTAINS OF THE INCAS
The adventure |
Discover the history, magic, and mysticism of Peru in a yoga retreat that will connect you deeply with the spirit of one of the world's oldest civilizations. The majestic archaeological sites of Peru, especially in the Sacred Valley near Cusco, reflect the grandeur of the Inca culture. The Quechua people of this region maintain ancestral practices and traditions, offering a warm welcome to those who wish to experience their ancient mountain kingdom. We have carefully chosen the most beautiful locations, ideal for a transformative and spiritual yoga experience.

Rituals | Knowledge | History |
We’ll spend our first days exploring and touring the Sacred Valley, staying in Urubamba, surrounded by breathtaking views of the Andes.
From the Sacred Valley, we’ll take a panoramic train that follows the Urubamba River to Aguas Calientes, the base camp for Machu Picchu. And during the final days, we’ll walk through centuries of history along the streets of Cusco. |
Accommodation & investment
We’ll stay in three different locations: immersed in nature, at the foot of the Machu Picchu ruins, and in Cusco’s most iconic neighborhood.

The Teachers:
Amanda Dee:
Originally from the U.K, Amanda Dee moved to NYC in 2000 where she started her yoga journey. Completing her first of many to come teacher trainings in 2003, she spent the next 15 years developing her teaching style while living in Manhattan. Over that time, she worked full time as a yoga teacher and taught at some of the best studios like Kula Yoga, Pure Yoga, Reebok Sports Club and many more. She travelled internationally leading yoga retreats to South America, Central America, Europe and Asia In 2012, Amanda met her Spanish husband on her annual African Safari retreat that she was leading, which led her to close her yoga studio in Manhattan and move to the south of Spain, where she opened another successful yoga studio ReAlign Yoga Studio. There she currently leads 200hr Teacher Trainings and Advanced Trainings for teachers. She is the founder of Sun Salute Retreats (hosting and producing retreats for many established yoga teachers). Back in the day Amanda Dee was one of the main teachers on one of the first ever developed online yoga platform Be More Yogic. Amanda continues to travel internationally teaching students and yoga teachers how to implement the study of biomechanics into the yoga practice. |
Atala:
I have practiced different physical activities for years, but since I learned about vinyasa yoga, nothing has interested me that much. The energy flowing within me, as in a conscious dance, changed not only the relationship with my body, almost more with my mind and my emotions. It has helped me in the most difficult moments of my life, giving me perspective and recognizing my inner and outer being as a temple. It involves continuous learning and the mat has become my place of peace. So, a teacher training was the natural evolution of my practice for 5 years as a student; I needed to delve into history, philosophy and, of course, current adaptations more focused on biomechanics or mindfulness, among others, which add to this ancient but synergistic discipline some physiological and cognitive bases without subtracting its transcendental purpose. |
